Sir Hardman Lever, head of the British air mission which spent four months in Australia and New Zealand, arrived at San Pedro aboard the Mon-' terey en route for London today. He said he was much impressed by the progress of aviation in Australia and New Zealand in the past 20 years. “They have fine air forces both in Australia and New Zealand.” Sir Hardman said he expected Imperial Airways, of which he is a director, to announce the inauguration of the transAtlantic service almost at any moment.
