NEW LAWS IN PRAGUE. MUCH MILDER THAN IN GERMANY By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. PRAGUE, May 16. After a long wrangle with the German authorities, the Prime Minister, Dr Hacha, has secured a much milder form of anti-Jewish legislation than that enforced in Germany. A law promulgated yesterday definee as Jews only those not baptised before November, 1918. Dr Hacha reserves the right to exempt full Jews from the victimisation clauses of the new law, though their property will be conscripted.
