Victor Weipeihana, electrician, a Maori aged 28, of Wellington, was sentenced to a month’s imprisonment oy Mr H. P. Lawry, S.M., on a charge of the unlawful conversion of a motorcar after the Otaki Races on Saturday. The car was removed from the rear of the Stewards’ Stand It is owned by Mr F. S. Easton, of Foxton.
