An official communique says that any attempt to alter the present state of affairs in Danzig will result in immediate action by the Polish military forces, which at present are in readiness for war. The communique was issued because of reports from Danzig that the Nazis were hopeful that Poland would remain inactive if a putsch were staged. QUIET INVASION FORTY THOUSAND GERMANS ENTER DANZIG. Some 40,000 young Germans, ostensibly tourists, have entered Danzig during the past 10 days, and are expected to participate in a parade of Danzig’s Brown Shirts and . Black Guards tomorrow, which the authorities are not seeking to prevent. Political circles do not expect a putsch at present, but voting papers, similar to those used in Nazi plebiscites, are reported to have heen printed in Danzig.
