RESCUE PLANS IN NORWAY. PLANE TO TRAVERSE ARCTIC AREA. By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright. (Received This Day, 10.50 a.m.) OSLO, May 12. An expedition starts today from Aalessund to rescue the explorer, Count Micard, who a few days ago radioed from his base in Greenland, that he was weakening daily from an unknown illness. A ship is expected tc reach the ice barrier in three or four days, carrying a plane which will try to land near the hut where Count Micard is sheltering, 125 miles away.
