TOUR OF BATTLEFIELDS.

LONDON. May 7. The Duke of Windsor is broadcasting a peace message to America from Verdun at 10 p.m. (British Standard Time) on May 8, on the occasion of a tour of the battlefields. It will be the Duke’s first broadcast since his abdication. .
