Following on a charge of assaulting a young woman, who was seriously injured near the Fitzherbert Bridge on April 2G, a youth of 16, who had been remanded for examination by an alienist, appeared in Court. The medical report recommended that accused be placed in a mental institution and this is now being done. The victim is recovering.
