BISHOP OF WELLINGTON
♦ REASONS FOR PENDING VISIT TO ENGLAND. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Dqy. The Bishop of Wellington (the Rt Rev H. St Barbe Holland) leaves with his wife and Miss K. B. Robson, by the Akarca on May 19. He is taking the trip on medical advice, having come to the conclusion that he win be of more service in the diocese and to the Centenary appeal if, instead of going home next year to the Lambeth Conference, he went at once to continue his present improvement in health until he is fully restored. The standing Committee and diocesan officers have also urged this course. The Bishop returns for the beginning of 1940. ___
