The Federal Parliament reassembled today in a tense atmosphere under the Prime Ministership of Mr Menzies and with a Ministry composed entirely of members of the United Australia Party, who are actually in the.minority but who are apparently relying on the support of members of the Contry Party. The Labour Party decided against a no-confidence motion and at the Country Party’s pre-sessional 'meeting the question of Sir Earle Page’s leadership was not raised.
