ITALY TAKING COMPLETE CONTROL. FOREIGN TRADES AND CUSTOMS. . By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright. (Received This Day, 12.50 p.m.) LONDON, May 3. “The Times” Rome correspondent says the text of the Italo-Albanian Economic, Customs and Currency Convention shows that Italy will practically control Albanian foreign trade. The Italian Customs laws and tariff are to . apply to Albania. Negotiations for new commercial and Customs treaties between the Italo-Albanian Customs Union and third parties are entrusted to Italy, although Albanian representatives are to participate. Italy is to control all Customshouses.
