NAZARETH INVADED
OUTRAGES BY ARMED GANG. SEVERE FIGHTING BREAKS OUT AT MIDNIGHT. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day. 9.30 a.m.) HAIFA, May 2. Severe fighting broke out in Nazareth at midnight. A large armed gang invaded the town and set on fire the Government health offices and other buildings, stoned Barclay’s Bank and cut telephone communications. Several Arab civilians were killed or wounded.
