WAIRARAPA COLLEGE

« PARENTS’ ASSOCIATION. CARD' PARTY ON WEDNESDAY. Parents and their friends are reminded that a bridge evening will be held under the auspices of the Wairarapa College Parents’ Association in the College Assembly Hall on Wednesday, May 3, Commencing at 7.45 p.m. The evening will be devoted chiefly to progressive bridge but other card games will be arranged if numbers warrant it. This will be the first of a series to be held during the winter months and it is hoped that the parents and all those interested will attend in good numbers and support this function. Owing to the splendid up-to-date heating arrangements of the Assembly Hall patrons can be assured that they will be able to play cards in comfort. These card evenings are being held chiefly to bring the parents together and to obtain their co-operation and assistance in other activies of the Parents' Association in connection with the College. .
