MOTOR FATALITY
CAR SKIDS .AND OVERTURNS.
MAN KILLED OUTRIGHT.

One man was killed and two others seriously injured when a tourer mo-tor-car, in which they were travelling from Wairanga to Te Kauwhata early this morning, skidded on the road, turned three or four somersaults, and came to rest upside down. The victims were: —
Killed. Lloyd Derrick, Wairanga. injured. Tony Alexander, aged 18, farm hand, Wairanga: condition serious. Ernest George. Wairanga: condition serious.
The accident occurred about a mile and a half up the Wairanga Road. Tliere was a large pool of waler on the surface, and it appeared that the driver of the vehicle was dazzled when the lights of the car shone on the pool.
