The Belgrade correspondent of “The Times" says business men are alarmed at reports that Germany is offering fourteen millions sterling in credits over a period of five years, to be used in the purchase of planes, railway materials and heavy artillery from the Skoda works and other armament and powder factories and State ironworks. Germany is demanding in return iron orc concessions. She hopes to contract for 200.000 tons annually for five years.
