FARMERS’ PARLIAMENT

CONFERENCE IN MASTERTON NEXT MONTH. At its meeting yesterday the Masterton branch of the Farmers’ Union decided to support a proposal to invite the Dominion President of the Union, Mr W. W. Mulholland, to speak at the annual interprovincial conference to be held in Masterton on May 25 and 26. Delegates from six provinces will be present and a general invitation will be extended to all farmers to hear Mr Mulholland’s address.
