Mr and Mrs H. M. A. Major, Pownall Street. Masterton. have returned from a visit to North Auckland. Mr and Mrs N. F. Blundell, Gladstone, have left on a motoring holiday to Rotorua.

Mrs Thompson, who has been staying with Mrs S. Groves, Bush Grove, has returned to Wellington.

Mrs Coghill, who has been the guest -of Mrs Trevor Beetham, Perry Street, Masterton, has returned to Wanganui. Miss E. S. Wood, 75 Bannister Street, Masterton, has returned to Masterton after spending a holiday in Wanganui.

. Mrs V. L. Forde, of New Plymouth, who has been on a Visit to Eketahuna, has-returned home.

Mrs Payne has returned to Palmerston North from a visit to Eketahuna, where she was the guest of Mrs J. Davie.

Miss Margaret Budd, of Southland Road, Hastings, who has been visiting Masterton as the guest of her sister. Mrs C. Torr, Pownall Street, returned to her home yesterday. Miss L. Marple, of Blenheim, and Miss McKershar, of Invercargill, who have been touring the North Island by motor car, were visitors to Masterton for the weekend.
