PHYSICAL TRAINING SEASON. The end of the first week in May will see the winter physical activities of the Masterton Y.M.C. in full swing. The Business Girls’ Keep Fit Club has already been in action for several weeks and promises to be a very popular feature. The Inter-House Indoor Basket Ball season has also commenced, with 16 teams competing every Tuesday evening. The Boys’ Department will open tonight, with a meeting of the junior group for primary school boy; of 12 years and over, to be followed on Friday with the group for secondary school boys. Monday, May 1, will be the opening day for the men’s classes —the gymnastic class, for those espec ially interested in apparatus work and the Keep Fit Class, for those desiring training of a more general nature Other classes will open next week for flder primary school girls, secondary school girls, boys and girls of 9. 10 and' 11 years and there will be a special section for employed boys. Particulars, of times and fees are advertised on page 7 of this issue. A heavy enrolment is indicated in all sections, so that intending members are advised to register as early as possible.
