MASTERTON CLUB. PRESIDENT’S TROPHY. The Masterton Golf Club has decided to hold a men’s open day tournament on Sunday next and all golfers are eligible to enter. The entry fee (including green fee) is 1/6 per competition or 2/6 for the day. As the Lansdowne links are at present in excellent order, visiting golfers are as;ured of a good day’s golf. The morn.ng competition will commence at 9 o’clock and the afternoon one at 1 o’clock. The committee would appreciate if all those who intend taking part and who desire to have lunch at .he club house would kindly advise .he secretary before Saturday mornng.
