“It is very gratifying to see that our subscribers’ list' is growing steadily every month. I hope it will soon be back to the old GOO mark,” said Councillor W. Kemp, chairman of the library committee of the Masterton Borough Council, at Monday night’s meeting of the council. The report showed that the total number of subscribers had increased by 12 during March.
