MARKET DEPRESSED. A very small yarding of sheep was offered at the weekly Masterton stock sale today. Bidding from the slight attendance of buyers was severely restricted. . Passings were frequent, the market being generally depressed. Pricks 1 were down on last week’s sale. The following were prices realised: — Fat S.D. ewes, 14s; woolly wethers, 10s; fat ewe lambs, 18s to 21s; store wethers, 7s to 12s.
