RADIO TRANSMITTERS
MEETING OF MASTERTON CLUB. ROOM APPOINTMENTS SATISFACTORY. Mr C. R. Dahlberg (president) presided over a good attendance of members at last night’s fortnightly meeting of the Masterton branch of the New Zealand Association of Radio Transmitters. The new club room was used for the first time, members expressing satisfaction with the appointments. The club decided to hold a dance early in June, and an organising committee was set up. The members were in favour of a suggestion to invite the Martinborough Club to attend an official opening of the new room at an early date. Matters dealing with the installation of a club transmitter and receiver were dealt with.
The meeting closed, after an informal discussion on several matters, with a vote of thanks to the chairman.
