"Time, Space and Money.”
“The three needs of a school master are time, space and money,” said Mr F. B. Malim, who is visiting the Empire’s secondary schools and is at present in Christchurch, when discussing the various changes that were being brought about in the curriculum of modern schools. Mr Malim was referring particularly to the breaking down of compulsory sports, and the effort that was being made to give boys the opportunity of taking their exercise in ways as congenial as possible to themselves.
