LOSS OF LINER PARIS
THEORY OF INCENDIARISM STRENGTHENED. FIRES AT SEVERAL POINTS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. LE HAVRE, April 21.. The incendiarism theory to account for the disaster to the liner Paris is being strengthened. Members of the liner’s crew state that a small fire started in the bakery. Another rapidly broke out two decks higher. A third began in the tea room much further forward and five decks higher.
