PLAY IN FOXmsOMES CONTEST. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. A strong wind from the north, accompanied 'at times by driving wind, made conditions more difficult for the New Zealand women’s golf foursomes today. Third round results were:—Mesdames Slater and Crisp beaj Mesdames McKenzie and Houston, 8 and 6. The winners were conceding five strokes. Mesdames Norman and Ashe beat Mesdames Richmond and Ranks, 5 and 4. A report of yesterday’s play appears on page 9.
