A Masterton visitor to Napier is Mrs M. J. H. Jackson.
Mrs Herbert, of Eketahuna, is a visitor to Napier. , Mr and Mrs J. Reed, of Masterton, are spending a few days in Wanganui. Miss Verna Jackson, of Cole Street. Masterton, is a visitor to Napier. Miss E. J. Prentice, of Johnstone Street, Masterton, is on a visit to Napier. Miss Katherine Herbert has returned to Eketahuna after a holiday spent in Auckland. Mrs F. Fleury, of Kimbolton, is the guest of the Misses Brown, of Church Street, Masterton. Mrs P. Beere, sen., is a Wellington visitor to Carterton, and is the guest of Mr and Mrs P. Beere, jun. Mrs T. W. Compton and Miss Peggy Stewart, of East Taratahi, have left for Wellington, where they will spend a holiday. At the Martinborough tennis courts on Saturday, Miss M. Ward, who is leaving the district to take up nursing duties in Wellington, was presented with a beautiful dressing case as a token of appreciation from her many tennis friends in Martinborough.
