Records Broken.
Three records were broken and seven equalled at the annual Auckland inter-secondary school sports meeting at Eden Park on Satuiday. The senior and intermediate championships were won by Auckland Grammar School, and for the first time since the inauguration of the carnival, King’s College was successful in the junior championship. The new records are: —120 yards, senior hurdles, R. E. Moore, 15 2-ssec. 880 yards intermediate relay, Auckland Grammar, Imin 45sec. Junior high jump, R. H. Whitefield, sft 2in. The twenty-first annual general meeting of the Ladies’ Auxiliary of the Navy League will be held in the A. and P. Association Rooms at 2.30 p.m. tomorrow (Tuesday). April 18. The annual report and balance sheet will be submiffed. officers elected, and general business transacted.
