HUNGARIAN AIMS

HOSTILITY TO RUMANIA DENIED. ATTACK ON LEAGUE OF NATIONS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright BUDAPEST, April 13. Count Csaky, the Hungarian Foreign Minister, addressing the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Chamber today said: "Rumania is doing everything she can to make the world believe that Hungary is hostile to Rumania, though she knows Hungary will respect her frontiers. “I assure Rumania that Hungary will show the greatest consideration for her sensitiveness while Rumania respects the interests of the Hungarian minority.” He added that Hungary was still willing to negotiate a minorities treaty with Rumania. Count Csaky stated that Hungary, left the League of Nations of her own volition. Her object was not to assume new responsibilities. He added that the League served the gospel of the status quo and carried on one-sided popaganda against the Fascist and Nazi ideology. ■
