HIRANUMA ANTICIPATES LONG WAR. “CONSTRUCTION OF NEW ORDER.” By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. TOKIO, April 12. The Prime (Minister, Baron Hiranuma, said that Japan plans to station troops in China for a long period. Japanese policy, he said, was threefold, being aimed at the overthrow of the Kuomintang, continental development, and tne replenishment of resource added that the construction of a new order in East Asia was impossible unless Japan was strong enough to reject unwarrantable interference and oppression by foreigners.
