SCHOOL ASSOCIATION. ENJOYABLE CARD TOURNAMENT. (“Times-Age” Special.) The Home and School Association’s euchre party on Tuesday night was well attended. There were 14 tables. The prize-winners as follows: —Ladies, Mrs Perfect 1, Mrs Kinsey 2; men, Mr Cheveson 1, Mr Morgan 2. Personal Items. Mrs Murphy and Miss P. Edwards, who have been spending the holidays with their mother, Mrs Chas. Edwards, have returned to Wellington. Obituary. The death occurred after a short illness in the Greytown Hospital on Sunday of Mr Francis Taylor. The late Mr Taylor was born in New South Wales, and was 59 years of age. He had lived in Kaiwaiwai for the last 20 years. The fffneral took place at the Featherston Cemetery on Tuesday, the Rev J. T. Holland conducting the service. The pall-bearers were Messrs Snell, R. Welsh, D. Wilson, R. Tocker, R. Fuge and B. Williams..
