BOYCOTT THREAT
BY FRENCH WOOL BUYERS DISCUSSIONS IN PROGRESS. STATEMENT BY MINISTER OF FINANCE. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON. This Day. Commenting on a report that French wool buyers had threatened to boycott the New Zealand wool sales because of the import regulations, the Minister of Finance (Mr Nash) admitted that'he had already, had discussions with representatives of the French buyers on the question and added that he expected shortly to reopen discussions with them.
