FATAL CAR COLLISION

WOMAN DIES FROM INJURIES. (By Telegranh—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, April 7. Injured when the car in which she was a passenger was involved in a collision with another near Henderson on Saturday afternoon, Miss Florence McGowan, aged 35, Parnell Road, died in the Auckland Hospital. Miss McGowan was admitted to hospital on Saturday afternoon suffering from concussion and head injuries. Other passengers in the car were not injured and the vehicle was not extensively damaged, but Miss McGowan was thrown forward, striking her head on the dashboard.
