A BEAUTY HINT

IF ARMS ARE TOO FAT. If your arms are too fat, then here is an exercise which will effectively slim them down. Stand erect and gradually lift your arms upwards. Extend them until they are level with your shoulders, then slightly bend your elbows, clenching your hands hard as you bring them down almost to your head. Open the hands again, extend the arms at right-angles, pause for a moment, and then let them fall to your sides. These movements will exercise every muscle in the arm, wrist, and hand, and should be carried out six times each night and morning.
