BOUND FOR ENGLAND

MRS D. ALLAN ENTERTAINED. I Mrs W. R. Nicol, Chapel Street, Masterton, was the hostess at a very happy gathering of the friends of Mrs D. Allan, Macara Street, at her home yesterday afternoon. The guest of honour was presented with a hat-box and those present wished her a happy holiday and a safe return from her trip to England.

Mr and Mrs Allan will sail from New Zealand next week.
