A cable from Hollywood states that Clark Gable and Carole Lombard were married in Kingman, Arizona. They have returned to Hollywood where Clark Gable’s work in “Gone With the Wind” will prevent an extended honeymoon.

Mrs S. N. Kilgour, of Oxford Street, Lansdowne, has as her guest Mrs R. Galpin, of Hunterville. Mrs Galpin (nee Miss Dulcie Russell) who was present at the farewell gathering to Dr. Archer Hosk-ing, was formerly on the nursing staff of the Masterton Hospital.

Mrs R. Crawford, of Marton, who has been the guest of Mrs Kilgour, Lansdowne, left today on a brief visit to Grevtown, prior to returning tb Masterton. Mrs Crawford (nqe Miss Winnie Russell) was formerly on the nursing staff of the Masterton Hospital, and was present at the farewell tendered to Dr. Archer Husking, at the hospital this week-.
