Democracies, though represented in Madrid, did not protest against the excesses of the criminal Red chiefs, but merely discussed the invasion of Spain. REPUBLICAN FORCES. WITHDRAWING ON ALL SECTORS. (Received This Day. 11.10 a.m.) VALENCIA. March 28. It is understood that the Republican forces in all sectors have been ordered to withdraw in order to avoid useless bloodshed. REPRISALS FEARED.
