NEW CABINET
FORMED IN LITHUANIA UNDER LEADERSHIP OF COLONEL TSCHENIUS. M URBSYS STILL MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Received This Day, 9.55 a.m.) KAUNAS, March 28. Colonel Tschenius (Chief of the General Staff) has formed a new cabinet. M Arbsys remains Minister of Foreign Affairs. General Rastikis, who declined to form a new Cabinet broadcast an appeal for national arms. These would not be directed against any country, since Lithuania" would fight only in defence of her independence. He added that the task of the new Government would be to organise national unity.
