AMBASSADORS TO CONFER. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, March 27. At the end of the week the British Ambassador in Tokio, Sir Robert Craigie, is sailing from Japan to Shanghai, where he will spend a few days. While he is in Shanghai he will have an opportunity to meet Sir Archibald Clerk Kerr, the British Ambassador in China. The Ambassadors will doubtless welcome the chance of reviewing together the general position in the Far East.
