MASTERTON STOCK SALE

PRICES FOR STORE SHEEP FIRM. Prices for store sheep firmed slightly at today’s Masterton stock sale, while the improvement of last week in the value of fat sheep was fully maintained. There was a large yarding of fairly good conditioned sheep. Two-tooth ewes made from 19s 2d to 20s 3d. Five year ewes brought 14s fid and s.m. ewes Bs. Four-tooth ewes sold at 19s, wether lambs at 10s 2d.
