(Received This Day, 1.5 p.m.) LONDON, March 24. “The Times” Shanghai correspondent. states Russian inspired agitation, to expel British interests from Southern Sinkiahg resulted in edicts in Khotan and Yarkand ordering British and Indian traders to surrender their goods and depart within a week. The agitators boycotted the British Consulate, General Kashgar was assaulted and Chinese servants molested couriers.
A weekly Chinese-Russian air service has begun from Chungking.
