UNDERWRITERS REVISE RATES. By Telegraph--Press Association—Copyright (Received This Day, 11.5 a.m.) LONDON, March 24. The underwriters have revised the war risks as follow: —Between the United Kingdom and Australia and New Zealand, outwards 7s 6d per cent; homewards, 10s per cent. Between North America, Australia and New Zealand, both ways, via the- Cape, ss; via Panama and the Pacific, 2s 6d. Between Australia, New Zealand and East Africa, South Africa, and West Africa north of the Equator, both ways. ss; south of the Equator, 2s 6d; the Mediterranean, except Spain and Spanish possessions, 7s 6d; India, Straits Settlements. Japan, 2s 6d; Hong Kong and Shanghai, ss. .
