The butter market is quiet. 'Choicest salted New Zealand is quoted at HGs a cwt. Australian, at 115 s. Unsalted New Zealand 121 s; Australian, 117 s; Danish, 135 s a cwt. Cheese is slow. New Zealand, white and coloured, 60s a cwt. Australian, white 54s to 565, coloured 55s to 575.
