REPUBLICAN FLEET
DEMAND BY BURGOS GOVERNMENT.
REFUSED BY FRANCE. By Telegraph—Press Assoeiation—Copyright. PARIS, March 23. France has informed the Burgos Government that she at present is unable to hand over the Republican fleet, which is interned at Bizerta. Moreover because she is still a party to nonintervention she could not hand over war materials surrendered by refugee Republicans.
