RECEPTION TO FRENCH PRESIDENT CEREMONY IN WESTMINSTER HALL. M. LEBRUN PLACES WREATH ON WARRIOR’S TOMB. By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright. (Received This Day, 11.45 a.m.) LONDON, March 23. The House of Lords and the House of Commons this morning gave a reception to President and Madame Lebrun at a brilliant ceremony in Westminster Hall, after which the visitors inspected the Houses of Parliament.

M. Lebrun placed a wreath on the Unknown Warrior’s tomb at the Abbey, before leaving-for Windsor, to lunch with the King and Queen. The Lebrun’s visit ends tomorrow.

Tonight the Lebruns, together with the King and Queen, Queen Mary and other members of the Royal Family, leading Ministers of the State and ambassadors and ministers at the Court of Saint James attended a banquet given at the Foreign Office by Viscount and Lady Halifax.
