(Received This Day, 10.55 a.m.) RUGBY, March 22. Mr C. R. Attlee, the Rt Hon A. Greenwood and the Rt Hon A. H. Sin> clair saw Mr Chamberlain and later the Premier had a conversation with M. Corbin (French Ambassador in London), at which Lord Halifax was present.
