9 PRIME MINISTER WELCOMED ON ARRIVAL. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, This Day. Making his first appearance in Auckland since Christmas, the Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon. M. J. Savage, arrived by the Limited, accompanied by the Hons. D. G. Sullivan, and W. E. Parry, and was greeted by enthusiastic supporters and representatives of manufacturing organisations. The group included the Mayor,. Sir Ernest Davis, tne Town Clerk, Mr Mellihg and members of Parliament.

Interviewed, Mr Savage said- he always felt at home in Auckland and now was looking forward to seeing what Auckland could do in lhe development of manufacturing industries. z .... ■ < ,
