PERSONAL ITEMS. (“Times-Age” Special.) Miss Sadie Broughton is spending a fortnight’s holiday in Christchurch. Mr and Mrs Baker and family, of Whakatane, arrived during the weekend. Mr Baker is the new manager of the Bank of New Zealand. Miss Lena Jenkins, of Wellington, visited her parents over the weekend. Mrs R. M. Herrick has been spending a few days in Palmerston North. AMATEUR RADIO CLUB. INTERESTING ADDRESS. The first of a series of lectures and demonstrations was delivered by Mr Robert' Wright at the Amateur Radio Club last evening, when his subject was the oscilliscope. It was a most interesting address.
