A NEW FEATURE

THIS WEEKLY COLUMN ♦ NEWS' & VIEWS ON MOTORING. This motoring section will in future be a regular feature of Monday issues of the “Times-Age.” It has been instituted both to satisfy the requests of many subscribers and in recognition of the importance of modern motor transportation. The subject matter of the section will include news and information on motoring topics generally and, it is hoped, will provide a means of allowing.i the ever-growing army of Wairarapa motorists to express individual views on these topics. Letters to “contact,” the compiler of these notes, will be welcomed. Questions, too, on any matter will be dealt with and answers given the following week. A special feature of the section will be reviews of new model cars. Wherever possible these reviews will be based on personal tests and observations of the car in question. They will be informative and in no sense highly technical. Description will be aimed at rattier than comment. Any suggestions for widening the scope and interest of this column will be appreciated. Let us have your views.
