STATION APPROACH

PREPARATIONS FOR SEALING. A start was made this morning with the preparation of the parking area in front of the Masterton Railway Station in readiness for sealing. It is hoped to complete the work by the end of the week. The sealing of this area, which is railway land, will effect a much-needed improvement, as the surface has been in a very rough state for many years. The work is being carried out by the Masterton Borough staff.
