MASTERTON CLUB ANNUAL MEETING. GOOD SEASON IN PROSPECT. There was a large attendance of members at the annual meeting of the Masterton Football Club, held last night and the keenness shown augurs well for a successful season. s The following officers wore elected •for the ensuing year: Patron, Mr W. G. Lamb; president, Mr G. W. Sellar; vice-presidents, Messrs M. Fly, D. Pauling, W. Percy, W. Jones, W. Fly, A. McDonald, T. Selby, G. H. Percy, R. Ward, E. Read, J. M. James, G. Whiteman, F. Little, J. W. Buchanan, J. Gravac, W. H. Long, G. Cornick; secretary and treasurer, Mr M. McCalmont; assistant secretary, Mi’ N. Keighley; delegates to Wairarapa Rugby Union, Messrs S. Lamb, E. Selby and I. Percy; management committee, Messrs I. Percy, M. Fly, V. Gray, B. Saunders, S. Prout, I. Groube, D. Pauling, L. Groube, F. Lusty, J. Robinson, E. Har-, good, H. Fellingham, M. Manson and B. Barnitt; coaches, senior, Mr K. Welch; junior, Mr L. Groube; thirds, Mr B. Denby; fourths, Mr W. Large; senior team captain, Mr I. Percy. It was decided to send a letter of appreciation to Mrs W. Percy for entertaining the senior team at a social gathering. Thanks were also expressed to Messrs I. Percy and F. Read for the donation of medals; Mr B. Saunders for the use of his rooms; the hon auditor, and other officials and supporters. Nine new members were elected. ,
