MASTERTON HOSPITAL

APPOINTMENT OF MEDICAL STAFF.

FOUR PART-TIME MEN. The Wairarapa Hospital Board decided at today’s meeting to appoint four part-time medical officers for duty at the Masterton Hospital as from April 1 for a period of one year. The decision was the outcome of a recommendation from the Finance Committee which had discussed the position of the honorary medical staff With the Director-General of Health, Dr R. A. Shore. The medical men appointed were Drs N. H. Prior, J. C. ■Forsyth, H. B. Berney and G. B. Cowie. The total aggregate salaries per annum amount to £801).
